|Who should I contact if I have a dispute with one of the merchants on Marketplace?
All disputes in the first instance should be taken up with the store concerned. Every merchant lists their contact details at the bottom of every page on their store. All of our merchants are obliged to operate in accordance with our code of practice and so Freeserve would like to know about any merchants breaking any aspect of this code.
Please note that Freeserve will only get involved in a dispute after you have initially taken it up with the store concerned (see the Freeserve promise above). If you fail to resolve the issue with the Merchant, please contact Freeserve at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Each time you make a credit card payment, you enter your credit card details on WorldPay's state-of-the-art secure server. Only WorldPay sees your credit card details.
Marketplace stores never see your credit card details.
WorldPay process your payment, then pays the merchant on your behalf.
